Looking for a new Book Chat to join?

Our Book Chat meets approximately every 6 weeks at the club to discuss the book.  The meetings start at 7pm and run for approximately an hour-and-a-half of conversation. Some members read on an eReader (Kindle etc), others read the paperback and either buy or borrow the book.  The only rule during the meetings is to take turns to speak, so that we have an organised discussion rather than a chaotic one!

Going forward we will compile a list of suggestions from Book Chat members for books to read and then do a poll via WhatsApp to see what everyone wants to read.  The person who suggested the book usually provides some questions to guide our discussions.  The only requirement is that the Goodreads.com Rating must be over 4.00.

We are currently reading:  Tenderfoot by Toni Jordan the next meeting is 7pm on Wednesday 6 May 2026.
